Baby Ruth combines nougat, caramel, and peanuts—all wrapped in a thick layer of chocolate. Despite its nut content, which might seem like a healthier addition, the bar still packs over 270 calories and nearly 30 grams of sugar. Its saturated fat content is also high, and it contains several preservatives and artificial flavorings that make it a less-than-wholesome choice.
Milky Way

With over 280 calories, 25 grams of sugar, and high saturated fat levels, this bar delivers a heavy dose of empty calories. It’s also packed with emulsifiers and preservatives that don’t contribute to health—and may even work against it.
